Patient: "Doctor, I've been sleeping horribly lately, and waking up with terrible headaches."
Doctor: "Have you been drinking a lot of caffeine lately?"
Patient: "No."
Doctor: "What about alcohol?"
Patient: "No. Well - fifteen beers a night."
