Here I am cutting off my duct tape bracelets. For a month I was asked, “what’s with the duct tape on your wrists?” One of my common answers was “They are to remind me of my sins.” I put them on one August morning, after a night of “coming in way too hot.” Summer is over; life goes on.
Before heading out from Third Coast to a hot spot for the night, I was pumpin jams out of the VIP lounge in the studio. Jarryd came out and said, “Damn Tommy P, you’re all about those blonde bitches and porno beats.” That phrase keeps putting a smile on my face.
