The light is on in broad daylight! Where is the board? Why are they allowing this? Are we expected to pay the enormous Soda Bar electric bill in our dues?!
The meadow is flooded! Where is the board? Why are they allowing this? What is to be done when the there is a breakout of West Nile Virus this summer?!
